Job Description

We are looking for a Property Accountant to join our growing Finance Team- managing the accounts for 150+ companies across the freehold property portfolio. This area is unique in the UK Finance accounts team and has potential for the right candidate to make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the migration to a new accounting system
• Owning and presenting monthly finance reports to line manager, and senior finance members
• Building relationships with departments and third parties to ensure all data is processed correctly
• Supporting group & statutory audits for relevant entities
• Getting involved with the wider Finance Team and their project work as required
• Reconciliation of all relevant entities balance sheets

Requirements:

• Part qualified ACCA/CIMA (study support provided) / Newly Qualified.
• Minimum 2 year’s experience working in a similar role within finance
• Excellent IT system skills, in particular MS Excel
• Looking to develop and grow a career with a commercial business
