Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team members are well trained
- Manage project and tasks assignment to ensure reasonable workload distribution
- Understand all policies and rules, and communicate to the team. Ensure everyone is following them.
- Mentor and guide the team.
- Answer various questions and provide instructions regarding SAP roles access, employee CATS (Timesheet from Project Team) changes (cost center changes, activity changes, manager changes, contractor set-up, GEET rates, timesheet from Service team issues)
- Support the Project Managers and Service Coordinators and finance
- Perform a monthly review of month end tasks and activities with the Project Controller and Finance Manager to ensure the correct revenue is reported
- Prepare other reports as needed and/or requested
- Understand the internal costings sheets in order to be able to review, question issues in template and help find interim resolution
- Work on tools and process improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in a project support environment a plus
- Understanding of business accounting and financial concepts
- Experience in SAP or other accounting system (ERP)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- English spoken and written
- Foreign languages are a plus
- High level of detail and strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of computer-based office tools (i.e. Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
