Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Be the product owner for a payment service that provides a robust and flexible way for upstream commerce platforms to be able to effectively handle online payments in a manner that is agnostic to the complexities of the underlying payment gateway, geographic limitations of only supporting certain payment gateways (ie China or Saudi) and provides a payment journey that is flexible and modular in its design to provide personalised and seamless customer experiences
• Be a key participant in the definition of an over-arching services strategy that will provide Order-to-cash capabilities to support our three event divisions and includes a view on how we intend to provide composable services to enable Omni-channel sales (ie assisted sales and the ability to provide ecommerce services that support a multitude of upstream websites / digital services), robust customer self-service, personalised customer experiences, product information management etc

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in product development, management and ownership, ideally in e-commerce or ERP
• Proven track record and robust experience of at least one of the two product areas and ideally experience of gaining value from TR Onesource for tax determination or Stripe / Cybersource / other leading payment gateway
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Agile and DevOps process and principles.
• Understanding of business value around feature/functions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
