Position Title: Senior Business Change Analyst

Job Description:
The appointed Senior Business Change Analyst will be expected to establish and maintain good working relationships within the Change Team and across the organisation with key stakeholders, which will be pivotal to success. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, are key.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with utility suppliers and bureau service providers to ensure timely and accurate recording and processing of all utility charges. To manage energy monitoring and targeting (M&T) and to ensure that data is updated, logged and available for reference.
- Accurately record cost-centre reference against all utility charges as an element to determining annual utilities budget forecasting.
- Be responsible for collating all of the Force’s and SPA utilities data in order to generate annual carbon emissions data and to prepare annual reports to both internal and external customers.
- Assist the Environment Manager in the implementation and management of the Environmental Strategy
- Liaise with the Sustainability Lead and Environment Manager in updating of progress of the Environment Strategy and to determine progress against targets and milestones.
- Monitor and administer Building Energy Management Systems (BeMS) to provide satisfactory building environmental conditions for occupants whilst ensuring compliance with the Force’s commitment to energy and carbon emissions reductions.
