Pinterest’s Content & Creators team for English Speaking countries is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated self-starter to focus on scale and community programs to grow, engage and educate creators.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert for your Creator Products and educate the team
• Run scaled programs to engage and educate Creator across the UK, CA and AU
• Support the wider team with analytical analysis to guide the region’s strategy
• Provide feedback and insights back to the Product team
• Represent the Creator Management to product and engineering teams to help delight Creators

Requirements:

• Role based in London, UK
• Excellent communication skills. Experience advocating, negotiating and driving results with the ability to comfortably interact with cross-functional partners
• 7+ years of experience in a growth or project management role
• Experience leading and owning cross functional projects that improve user experience or solve a problem
• Analytical and process-oriented who has an ability to think both creatively and critically, willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Specific skills: technical/product acumen, basic SQL knowledge, building process and materials via PowerPoint and verbally. Creators experience preferred
