Job Description

We are tackling key environmental and social issues such as transitioning our portfolio to net zero by 2050 – but we’re not done yet.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement creative and innovative Internal Communications strategy and plans across the business, keeping the colleague experience in mind
• Create content for multiple channels, including copy, visuals, videos and more
• Measure success of Internal Communications strategy and plans
• Work in collaboration with the Internal Communications and Engagement team, developing positive working relationships with all colleagues
• Work across teams in the business, liaising with stakeholders at all levels to deliver key communications. Influencing key stakeholders across the group to ensure best communication practices are followed
• Provide strategic internal communications advice to stakeholders in line with their expectations and business objectives using own initiative and drawing on strategic support from senior managers and department heads as required

Requirements:

• Strong internal communications experience within a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent content creation skills
• Able to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences with an appropriate tone of voice
• A team player with an ability to foster great working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Good knowledge of Office suite, such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams and others
• Good knowledge and willingness to learn to use new software and platforms, such as Peakon by Workplace, Canva, Monday.com, Poppulo, Survey Monkey and others
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage expectations
• Able to work autonomously and part of a team
• Self-starter with a positive can do attitude
