Responsibilities:

• We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager in our With-Profits Production team, working with other actuaries and analysts across a range of with-profits activities carried out within the With-Profits Management team and supporting the With-Profits Actuaries in carrying out their duties.
• The work you do will have a direct impact on our policyholders.
  

Requirements:

• You will be able to combine management and leadership skills with technical actuarial work, and ideally have experience of with-profits work.
• You may be a qualified actuary, or have experience working in actuarial teams.
• You may already have experience managing or leading teams though technical business-as-usual work, or be looking for your first managerial role.
