Responsibilities:
- We are looking to recruit an energetic 3 dynamic Internal Communications Managers to join our Internal and Change Communications Team. Working within a team of highly talented Communications Professionals and in partnership with a key university business unit, you will be responsible for delivering communications plans that motivate, inspire and engage colleagues with the programmes of work that enable the university to deliver on top institutional priorities.
- As an Internal Communications Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the communications strategy that support the delivery of unit objectives for key stakeholders across the University. You will work closely with colleagues within the Marketing and Communications Unit and our partners across the organisation to deliver inclusive and engaging multi-channel communications campaigns. By using a variety of insight and evaluation techniques, you will help us to constantly enhance the impact of our communications and the value our team bring to the university and institutional engagement efforts.
- We are looking for a creative and innovative communications professional, with proven communications and engagement expertise. You will have excellent planning skills and be able to manage a varied and changeable portfolio of work. You will be able to demonstrate experience in developing creative solutions to explain complex messages and of leading engaging communication campaigns. You will be a confident communicator who is able to build and maintain strong relationships and networks.
Requirements:
