Position Title: Domestic Heating Engineer

Company: Octopus Energy

Location: Portsmouth, UK

Job Description:

Octopus Energy Services is looking for heating engineers who would like to join the energy revolution to move away from fossil fuels and provide low carbon sustainable heating technology to our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Gas safe desirable but not essential
  • Must have substantial experience in installing and upgrading a variety of systems
  • Qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders
  • Competent with all plumbing diagnostics, servicing, maintenance & repair
  • Must hold a valid in date driving licence
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 with post qualification experience within the industry and appropriate qualifications to be able to work with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • 18th or 17th Edition desirable but not essential
  • WREG Water Supply Regs
  • Min NVQ level 2 within Plumbing and heating pathway
  • UHW10 Unvented DHW Storage Systems
