An excellent opportunity is now available to join our team in Dordon as a Fulfilment Operations Planner where you will be responsible for generating operational plans for Customer Fulfilment Centre’s including recently opened ones with the latest state of art robotic technology.

You will be joining busy team of busy Planners involved in many aspects of warehouse planning including capacity planning, headcount planning and support of variety of planning projects.

Responsibilities:

• To deal with employee roster queries in a prompt and professional manner;
• To work closely with analysts to forecast staff turnovers and put together shift schedules.
• To effectively manage Ocado employee’s holiday entitlements in line with business restrictions;
• To maintain accurate Time and Attendance data for Ocado employees;
• To identify possible savings and improvements for the department and support their implementation;
• To generate weekly KPI reports;
• To plan CFC manpower resources and make sure we have the right skilled people on the right shifts, days, areas etc;
• To deal with internal and external telephone, email and chat enquiries;
• To monitor overall headcount and raise concerns regarding shortages/surplus;

Requirements:

• You will be an extremely organised individual who is able to multi-task and prioritise work within a busy environment and demonstrate your ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and large workloads.
• You will also have excellent English, intermediate/advance MS Office skills, especially Excel, and excellent communication skills.
• The role requires a good standard of education and excellent communication skills as the job includes daily interaction with Ocado employees, management and other internal customers. There is a need for accuracy and speed to complete tasks and the ability to organise workloads to ensure timescales are met is essential.
• As this role covers a 7 day operation, you will be required to work frequent weekends as part of a roster. This is a pivotal role that would suit a people-person with a strong administrative and customer service background along with strong analytical problem solving ability.
