This will change the way we work at Nuffield. It will replace manual and paper reliant processes and records with a consistent technology enabled operating model and by definition a patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• For managing the quality processes surrounding the data being extracted from the existing PAS system ‘PiMS’, and take the lead on coordinating with the Go Live sites to resource data validation and verification activities for the various stages of the data migration process
• Responsibility for defining and owning the approach to collating & validating the reference data from PiMS to TrakCare
• To support the deployment of TrakCare to sites in the areas of data migration & data quality.

Requirements:

• Team player
• Strong IT skills, especially in using Excel & Databases
• Strong organisation skills
• Experience in a least one of the following areas of business desirable – Data Migration, Bookings, Medical Records, MDS, Stock
• Management, Patient Charge Accounts, Invoicing, Credit Control, NHS/Insured/Self Pay Pathways or MI Reporting
• Strong relationship building & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines & timelines
• Good interpersonal skills, extremely meticulous in approach to work with outstanding attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience of working with large volumes of complex data
• Excellent communicator
• Good knowledge of Trakcare and/or PIMS desirable
• Ability to navigate through the PiMS system and TrakCare to allow review of data through the front-end (or similar systems)
