Position Title: Business Analyst

Job Description

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When you’re needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for bringing your best self and a great attitude to work, we will invest in you and your development from day one

Responsibilities:

– Communicate the benefits of the project across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern.
– Support eCommerce and product owners throughout the project lifecycle including assisting with testing and rollout.
– Analyse your findings and document the requirements in user stories. These requirements will then be used by Ecommerce to deliver this development/system update.
– Present to stakeholders, engaging and managing their expectations.
– Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the department and the organisation as a whole in relation to a specific project/task.
– Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made.
– User stories & acceptance criteria need to cover all aspects of the business requirements including wireframes/flow diagrams/process workflows/screenshots where required.
– Work with external stakeholders where relevant to understand and investigate the service/function/product in question.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
– Experience working as a Business Analyst in an agile team.
– Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
– Experience in content management systems desired.
– A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
– The ability to motivate others and lead change.
– Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
