Job Description

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When you’re needed to work on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. Responsibilities:

• With a positive approach, you will supervise up to 30 agency team members and be responsible for all associated people management tasks relating to your team.
• You will monitor actual performance against standards and take appropriate action when required, ensuring sufficient resources are available and effectively managing the workloads of your team.
• As a confident communicator, you will thrive in a fast paced environment and rise to the challenge of problem solving, motivating and negotiating in high pressure situations.
