Position Title: Junior UI Designer

Job Description:
As a Junior UI designer, you will report to the UX/UI Lead in Wireless; your role is to implement creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our brand values.
You will work closely with team members to discover new opportunities that will enhance and continuously improve the products. This role will be cross-title so you will get the opportunity to pick up a variety of projects from Wireless.
We are looking for a Junior UI designer with a passion for design & technology, as well as a keen eye for user-experience. You’ll be hands-on and willing to work in a fast paced, ever-moving environment. You’ll keep up-to-date with the latest advances in technology, design trends and have a passion for data.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of user needs and business needs
- Strong eye for detail and quality of output with presentations
- Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions to the team and stakeholders
- Experience working across web, mobile web and native apps
- Relationship building and stakeholder management
- Basic prototyping skills; experience of one of the following – InVision, Figma, etc.
- Experience working in collaborative environments alongside other UX designers/researchers, as well as wider disciplines including developers, business analysts and product owners
- Ability to manage time well and respond to time constraints accordingly
