Requirements:

• Developing and implementing processes to identify customer needs
• Delivering a variety of strategic projects targeted at advancing the broader strategic agenda
• Identifying improved ways of working and quantifying new best practice, and embedding these changes into the customer experience and journey management framework
• Reviewing relevant MI and providing data analysis to develop conclusions to support recommendations
• Preparing high quality, compelling outputs and presentations for senior stakeholders
