Job Description

As Fraud Analytics Manager, you’ll be leading and developing a team of analysts tasked with deep analysis of fraud trends, identifying root cause, and recommending ways to combat fraud through improving processes or fraud detection strategies. You will play a vital role is supporting the effective management of fraud prevention through use of data analytics. You’ll proactively recommend improvement opportunities to your stakeholders, embedding a customer focused approach to analytics and the delivery of simple and effective solutions to complex problems.

• We’ll look to you to lead and deliver complex data driven solutions which support changing business demand and deliver the best outcome for the customer

Requirements:

• Regularly reviewing Fraud and Scam trends and preventative analysis
• Driving development of strategies to combat new risks and ensure the team deliver against loss forecasts / business appetite.
• Managing and developing the team, improving productivity, and driving a high quality of performance, ensuring KPI’s are met
• Work with stakeholder from across the business to ensure fraud risks are mitigated, raising awareness of fraud trends and red flags
• Presenting analytical insight with clarity and conveying complex technical information in a way your audience can clearly understand
