Responsibilities:

• Experience of using marketing tools and skills to understand how your organisation creates and delivers value to the customer – with evidence of embedding this understanding into plans and strategies.
• Proven ability to lead on the development and successful delivery of business or marketing plans, preferably at a strategic level, e.g. across business units, sectors or markets.
• An excellent communicator, adept at tailoring complex scientific, or technical, information in a way that can be clearly understood by a non-specialist user or audience.
• Proven experience in managing multiple high priority work activities at the same time, and maintaining enthusiasm and motivation.
• Proven ability to lead and build a high performing team of marketing managers.
• Proven capability to both lead and contribute to cross programme, sector or market initiatives, and ensure successful business outcomes.

Requirements:

• An industry standard Business or Marketing qualification.
