Job Description

Our Information Team works closely with operational services, delivering analytical support and continuously developing reporting systems and services to help meet this challenge. We are looking for two proactive and enthusiastic Reporting Analysts, one permanent and one fixed term for 12 months, to join us and make substantial contributions to this work. In these roles you will be part of a team working to gain detailed understanding of services’ activities, issues and challenges and then providing high quality analytical support and insights. You will ensure that all regular reports and data sets are delivered on time and to specification, carry out individual pieces of analysis, participate in projects to extend reporting capability, automate production of routine reports and data sets, and increase the availability and accessibility of information to clinicians and managers.

Responsibilities:

• Services dedicated to young people, working age and older adult services
• Specialist services such as Eating Disorders, Neuropsychiatry, Memory Assessment, Deaf, and Perinatal Mental Health.The full-time role will be embedded in our
• ‘Birmingham Health Minds’ community psychological therapies (IAPT) service, providing detailed ongoing support as a key member of the service team, with regular on-site attendance.
• The fixed-term role will have more of a project focus, working potentially with a range of services providing data and analysis to support change projects, and designing and building reports to meet new reporting requirements.
