Job Description:

As the MEDC Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will help us gain traction and momentum through multiple digital marketing channels. This role is part strategist, part hands-on data cruncher, and a large part project manager. The ideal candidate is an all-round senior strategist, with strong understanding of how brands grow in the Social Age. You will ensure all market plans include current persona messaging for various market segments. The candidate will be skilled at utilizing competitive intelligence and Imaging market trends to deliver differentiation messaging and positioning content in multiple formats.

 

This leader will be a proven expert in Marketing with a deep understanding of target buyers, their priorities, and the trends impacting them. The right candidate for this role will have served in a leadership role in Marketing or been an advisor/consultant to those who have. Their knowledge will inform decisions including which services/solutions we build out, how we price/package what we do, and how we create a competitive value proposition now and, in the future, to meet changing market needs.

 

This is a hands-on, always find-a-way role for a talented, tech-savvy, outcomes-focused marketer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, test, and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns
• Manage and optimize social media channels
• Develop content marketing strategy
• Be the “go-to” thought leader and expert in integration of social and brand strategy and engagement planning.
• Create synergies between social and other disciplines: PR & Influencer, Customer Engagement & Commerce, Data & Analytics, and Media.
• Develop and manage marketing drip funnel
• Gather and analyze data to find what works, and always be adjusting
• Responsible for creating a seamless experience across all channels by developing a creative marketing strategy and digital and social roadmap that will inspire and intrigue our customers and spark significant growth in our social media engagement, public reputation, and brand recognition.
