Responsibilities:

• Support company recognition schemes, wellbeing initiatives, pay strategy and benefits education
• Utilise Management Information across our People system to process and analyse different data points to support and inform the key activities across the reward calendar e.g. benefits, pay and compensation.
• Project management of the annual Employee of the Year recognition scheme
• Support the UK & Ireland Bonus scheme cycles for hourly paid and salaried employees. Reviewing and responding to HR queries via Hornbill.
• Assisting with day to day management of several benefits
• Supporting annual reward processes and projects
• Miantenance of our core reward communication channels and information on all team information on the company platforms

Requirements:

• Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project management and critical thinking skills
• Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Sophisticated with Microsoft packages especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Quick learner and ability to understand business issues
• Must be organised, motivated with the aptitude to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Must be extremely proactive with a desire to stretch beyond the task list to support the team
