Job Description

M&S is changing, and it’s changing fast! As part of our ongoing transformation to deliver “Stores of the Future” we are looking for strong, innovative and resilient Leaders, considered experts in their field to drive change and influence the future. It’s the simple ideas that spark from you and your teams that can make the biggest difference. We are working hard to ensure our store estate is fit for the future, by trialling different concepts and opening new stores – our plan is to open c.75 stores over the next 3 years that will offer our customers a new and innovative shopping experience, whilst maintaining the traditional M&S values our customers love.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • To drive a selling culture within your team
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team
  • Work in partnership with the commercial team
  • To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions
  • To always energise the team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Experience using JIRA is desirable
  • Self-motivated, well organised individual, who can work effectively within a team
  • Fashion retail experience is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in campaign planning working with data agencies, copywriters, designers and coders is essential
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • Commercially minded
  • Experience working in a CRM/Email Marketing role is essential
