Job Description

Provides timely and accurate end-of-day evaluations. Evaluations are used by banks, brokerage houses, insurance companies, and asset managers for client statements, research, risk analysis, and portfolio valuation. Analyzes collateral, prepayment speeds, waterfalls, and trading activity. Obtains quotes from trading desks, analyzing these quotes, and applying them to appropriate issues. Conducts quality control checks to insure pricing accuracy. Consults directly with customer contact. Handles most price challenges unless the customer strongly disagrees with the pricing levels. If the customer strongly disagrees, the price challenge would then be reviewed by the Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate business planning, and product, portfolio and business case development with the business leads and cross functional teams, and manage plan governance, reporting and tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement in business operations processes to support strategy execution.
• Run, where relevant chair, and optimise key governance bodies (e.g., BLT and BOT) and coordinate with members in supporting business decisions and BLT actions.
• Provide support for additional initiatives required of regulated entities.
• Represent the business as required with LSEG functions and other D&A cross functional teams
• Develop and manage internal business communication plans and support business leadership to run internal Town Halls.
• Where directed by the business head, lead strategic and commercial initiatives, projects and programs.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of performance tracking and other management information to inform senior stakeholder understanding.
• Support the delivery of commercial launches of new & existing products and lead product rationalization and EOL projects. Drive the delivery of commercial execution for new products, product enhancements and EOL management.
• Develop, with relevant business and functional leads, new commercial strategies consistent with the business’ overall objectives.
• Coordinate risk analysis across the business with relevant LSEG functions (e.g. Risk, Compliance) and other first line risk support.
• Support M&A activities (e.g., due diligence) and, where relevant, co-ordinate post close integration with businesses and LSEG functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Extensive practical business experience in a dynamic organization, previous experience in an operational role or project management role.
• Consistent experience in leading, improving and introducing process and maintaining execution focus in changing, pressured environments across cross functional teams and multiple locations
• Self-starter demeanour with positive, proactive and confident presence with ability to empower, motivate, encourage and maintain credibility with senior management
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills (ability to actively adjust it depending on the recipient)
• Strong analytical skills with track record of problem solving and decision making
• Strong cross functional team engagement and collaboration skills
• Ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a creative manner
• High level of proficiency with MS Office
