Responsibilities:

• Delivering first-class relationship management and account management to online corporate clients, establishing long-term relationships, and ensuring client retention and positive partner sentiment.
• Engage new clients for LSE Online by responding to and qualifying incoming leads, setting up meetings, and developing proposals.
• Working with our online technology partners to ensure successful delivery of key online corporate accounts.
• Managing a portfolio of existing clients by developing and implementing account management plans to ensure the establishment of positive long-term relationships and maximum value for LSE.
