Responsibilities:

• The Facilities Supervisor will support the Site Management team in ensuring the site is safe, operational, and compliant allowing the highest standard of Logistics.
• This position reports to the Health Safety & Facilities Manager.
• You will undertake a range of site duties including keeping department legislative compliance at the forefront of your duties, Daily maintenance of the onsite Conveyor systems, Auto bagging machines and spiral conveyors of which will include Reactive maintenance, Pro-active PPM planning, all onsite Electrical works i.e., Lighting, Sockets, and general electrical tasks, Plumbing remedials, Managing contractors and visitors, ensuring the site is maintained as appropriate and working on the day-to-day PPM tasks that the department must fulfil within the Clipper Framework.
• Equally you will Manage the completion of site compliance checks and be expected to undertake checks, Inspections and give regular feedback on the Site team regarding quality of work, timeframes and workload expectations and report this back to the Health Safety & Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

• Experienced within a similar role advantageous. Excellent written, computer and verbal skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels in a flexible and confident approach. Post holder must have an Electrical City and Guilds qualification 18th edition (Minimum),
• Experience of working within warehouse and logistics and preferably have a Health and Safety qualification IOSH Working safely (minimum) also be proficient at Computing skills. The ideal candidate will be confident, ambitious and a keen team player.
