Position Title: CI Facilitator

Responsibilities:
- Effectively deploy CI methodologies (DMAIC) into the warehouse & support functions
- Drive improved processes & systems
- Conduct GEMBA/waste walks within the warehouse to identify opportunities
- Manage workshops to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Drive a data driven culture with a focus on continuous improvement
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to reduce non-value-added activities through CI initiatives
- Provide timely & accurate project status to all organisational levels
- Trend project & cost saving initiatives
Requirements:
- A proven track record in deploying continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt desirable
- The ability to act as a leader and engage with key stakeholders on site to drive continuous improvement
- Analytical & logically minded
- Microsoft package experience
