Position Title: Community Coach

Job Description:
Liverpool FC Foundation is looking to recruit professional casual coaches to work within our expansive programs. The coaching opportunities exist throughout the Merseyside area delivering community coaching sessions in accordance with the standards and professionalism expected by LFC Foundation to be the “World`s Leading Foundation”.
Responsibilities:
- To adhere to National Governing Body (FA) guidelines.
- To adhere to LFC Foundation Safeguarding procedure at all times.
- To produce and evaluate session plans for all activities.
- To take payment for activities as appropriate and deliver back to the LFC Foundation with records to back up payments made.
- Any other task which is deemed necessary by the LFC Foundation as it continuously grows.
- To ensure that all LFC Foundation equipment is in good working order and assembled properly – to report to the Foundation any equipment that needs attention.
- To attend training courses continuing professional development as required.
- To deliver football and or multi-sports coaching sessions appropriate to the age and ability of the participants.
- Registration forms collected and processed in line with LFC Foundation data protection policy.
- To ensure that the LFC Foundation`s Codes of Conduct are adhered to at all times.
- To keep up to date registers for all activities.
- To undertake dynamic risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Computer literate and highly proficient in MS Office software, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work under pressure to tight project deadlines and can adapt to differing demands;
- Able to effectively negotiate with and influence colleagues and others to achieve a successful outcome.
- Dynamic and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Able to interact positively at all levels within the Club and a good team player.
- Is able to work well unsupervised, demonstrating initiative and the ability to be proactive
- Has a ‘can do’ approach and works to exceed expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills – with a focus on accuracy and quality at all times.
- Able to exercise tact and diplomacy in an organisational setting; discrete at all times.
