Job Description:

Our Warehouse Assistants may work across all areas of production from store replenishment, e-Commerce fulfilment, goods intake and general DC responsibilities, making sure that all tasks are completed in line with individual KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute towards ensuring that excellent housekeeping standards across all working areas are maintained and the working environment is a safe and efficient.
• Contribute towards all aspects of stock management, including goods intake, stock control, stock taking and general DC duties and responsibilities in line with individual task KPI’s and business wide performance measures.
• Completion of daily work sheets accurately and submitted on a daily basis to allow detailed analysis of working patterns and performance to be reviewed.

Requirements:

• You will need to have a significant experience with apparel and hardlines, in a similar role with knowledge of developing, implementing & continuously improving QA systems, related policies, processes & procedures. You must have a proven track record in manging the implementation of detailed & influential sustainability projects.
• An understanding of product testing and compliance requirements with the ability to accurately record and update associated data.
• Experience of auditing factories against local ethical trade compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems & processes and working with a varied supply base.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to ensure quality standards are maintain in accordance with the detailed approval processes.
• Availability to travel to visit the supply base as required.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365, Excel and Outlook.
