• Test Management experience with a proven delivery track record of change / transformation.
• You’ll have an adaptable approach with a willingness to embrace new technologies as well as influence others to adopt.
• You’ll have clear communication skills with the ability to simplify any message your conveying for others to understand.

Requirements:

• You’ll be able to listen to others as well as come forward with your own opinions, views and ideas.
• Background in Pensions, Annuities, Asset & Liability Management and / or Investments and understanding of the products, regulations and the UK Pensions market would be an advantage.
• The ability to manage and empower others.
