Welcome to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Our world-famous chicken restaurant brand all started with one cook, Colonel Harland Sanders, who created a finger-lickin’ good recipe more than 75 years ago, a list of secret herbs and spices scratched out on the back of the door to his kitchen. He started travelling by car to different restaurants and cooked his fried chicken on the spot for restaurant owners. He did this at the age of 65. If the owner liked the chicken, they would enter into a handshake agreement to sell the Colonel’s chicken. Legend has it that Colonel Sanders heard 1009 “No’s” before he heard his first yes. The Colonel’s story still inspires us today. It reminds us how grit, perseverance, dedication and ambition along with hard work can create success; regardless of your age or where you come from.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with strategic service delivery partners to ensure seamless integration prior to rollout.
• You will manage all budgets and resourcing ensuring scope of project is delivered on budget and on time.
• You will define and align the training plan and feedback loop with participating restaurants in a test.
• You will manage a cross-functional project team ensuring task assignment, resourcing, and timelines to be in line with deployment plan.
• You will manage and coordinate the scoping and development of a new digital channel to access KFC.
• You will facilitate stakeholder collaboration and engagement. You will also lead stakeholder alignment forums.
• You will establish a strong project governance process covering program planning, risk management, and communications to stakeholders & senior management throughout.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer analytics role working with customer feedback data, including survey data, social media and critical customer metrics.
• Experience dealing with large sets of data and being able to manipulate this into meaningful outputs
• Understanding of data protection regulations, e.g. GDPR
• Experience working with Python, R, SQL or similar to manipulate datasets (Desirable)
• Experience with Microstrategy BI tool, SMG and Clarabridge (Desirable)
• Experience in creating visualisations and presentations that can bring the data story to life
