Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Vendors team through data analysis and the optimisation of processes
• Clearly document processes and procedures to ensure standardisation throughout the Vendors team
• Work closely with the commercial operations team to identify and implement minor vendor sales and account management process improvements
• Support the Vendor Partnerships Enablement Manager with the delivery of major projects
• Conduct team training sessions as required on newly implemented or updated processes
• Support the simplification of the vendor journey at all stages, from lead generation through to ongoing vendor account management
• Support the Vendors team with ensuring the Vendors pipeline is well maintained and accurate

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience. Hospitality experience preferred, someone with an understanding of how a restaurant operates
• Strong communication skills – can summarise complex data into relevant insights and contribute to business strategies.
• Analytical thinker – confident with numbers and problem-solving with data.
• Hungry and driven self-starter who is ready to learn about how a sales team functions and how they can have an impact on business growth.
• Experience with Hubspot CRM and/or a data analytics platform such as Looker or Tablea is a bonus
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team and with people at all levels in the business.
• Ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
