Responsibilities:

As one of our OD consultants you will support the delivery of our People Strategy and provide a high quality service to meet the needs of the Council. You will work with a range of people, building relationships and enabling real change as you deliver high quality and cost effective solutions. You will be experienced in designing and providing innovative OD consultancy-based services, having worked in an organisation of similar complexity. To be considered for this role, you will need to be a proven, credible OD and change management practitioner, and it is essential that you are either associate member CIPD, or working towards CIPD level 5.
