Job Description

We are a busy, friendly, well supported legal team serving Worcestershire County Council in a beautiful and conveniently situated location in Worcester. We provide a high quality and well-regarded service to our users and now need to recruit a Debt Recovery/Litigation Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Advocacy is an essential part of the job and you will appear in the Small Claims and County Court on a regular basis.
• At the moment all posts are hybrid-working with a minimum of 2 days working in the office and the remaining 3 working from home with full wrap around technological support.
• The post holder will have the support of a legal assistant and a legal clerk.
