Job Description

Manage the portfolio of mails services understanding and driving improved performance in the network.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the portfolio of Mails products to meet client, regulator and POL needs, including ongoing review of product portfolio
• Maintain an understanding of the wider Mails market, customer segments, drivers and opportunities to inform short-term and long-term product add-on opportunities and risks
• End-to-end customer journey and experience design and implementation
• Subject matter expert for mails product projects, from business cases to development and deployment
• Close partner engagement with Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations
• Management of the Mails website, pages, journey and content
• Play a full role in the wide variety of planned and unplanned activities to ensure Mails meets it P&L targets, such as piloting and supporting channel engagement
• Responsible for working with the Network teams to understand existing Post Office model, develop and drive continuous improvement and growth
• Accountable for reviewing, optimizing and recommending improving/changing customer journeys
• Working with Customer Experience as directed to ensure efficient BAU processes and adherence to the Commercial RACI

Requirements:

• Experience of acting as a subject matter expert in delivering change projects in a complex retail environment managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders to bring products or customer journey improvements to market.
• Experience in product management to ensure customer needs are consistently met, profitably
• Knowledge of product metrics
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance
