Job Description

You will work closely in a small, dynamic team where we will look to you to provide effective, efficient and customer centric IT Business and Service Continuity support to ITS. You will engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to perform effective IT Business and Service Continuity support.

Requirements:

• Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure that efficient, effective and accurate Business and Service Continuity is provided and functional, non-functional and warranty requirements are progressed. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with wider DVLA business areas.
• Identifying service improvement opportunities or ideas for improvement and implement where agreed. Supporting the development of and maintaining the IT Business and Service Continuity plan. Proactively assessing and analysing the quality of reporting for improved IT Business and Service Continuity.
• Developing and continually improving effective IT Business and Service Continuity processes in support of ITS activities.
• Participating in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of IT Business and Service Continuity policies, processes, procedures and standards.

Experience

• Business Continuity Management Lifecycle – Foundation
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining the BCMS standards and/or ISO 22301 in a large or complex environment
  trong planning, dependency management and analysis skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills; internal and external relationships
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• ITIL v4 – Foundation
• Business Continuity Management Lifecycle – Certification Business Continuity Institute – CBCI
