Job Description
Derby City Council People’s Directorate are seeking a Casework Support Officer to provide administrative support to Social Care and Multi Agency Teams at the Stanley Road site in Alvaston.
Responsibilities:
It is essential that you have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times in the work you will be undertaking. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the teams, so it is essential that you have good communication skills and are comfortable in speaking to members of the public. You will also be actively involved in the updating of the inhouse systems and once fully knowledgeable of these systems, will assist workers and managers with queries etc.
Requirements:
We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to work within a busy Multi Agency Team providing comprehensive administrative support to Early Help Staff and Managers.
