Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our Housing Solutions team, based in Hubs across the city.

The successful applicant will also assist with the co-ordination of a wide range of council services and will be required to work collaboratively with various partner organisations to provide a holistic service

Responsibilities:

• You will require expert knowledge on Housing including the new allocation policy and the options available to help those affected.
• You will also have expert knowledge on the Housing Benefit & the Council Tax Reduction scheme.
• You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, work well in a team and have a flexible approach.
• You will have exceptional communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner.

Requirements:
