Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the capital position of the Group and key legal entities (incl. regulatory and external disclosures);
• Delivering significant elements of LBG’s ICAAP;
• Producing RWA/EL forecasts for the group’s 4 year operational plans / quarterly forecasts and for the internal & regulatory stress tests;
• Oversight of the group’s Operational Risk RWA;
• Producing prudential regulatory and impairment reporting;
• Managing the impact of regulatory and business driven change on prudential reporting

Requirements:

• Producing Regulatory reporting, ensuring controls have operated correctly.
• Presenting clear stories so the business fully understands changes in report outputs.
• Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance insights, efficiencies and control.
• Investigating data to produce actionable recommendations to colleagues and senior leaders.
• Furthering CR&PT’s strong culture of engagement, including encouraging junior analyst development an
