Responsibilities:

• Actively providing support to the Business in delivering the annual RCSA process
• Participating in targeted control interventions and advisory support
• Participating in delivery of strategy to simplify, enhance and automate controls
• Understanding and assessing the impact that strategic/regulatory change
• Providing robust, effective and insightful reporting, analysis and communication to senior management
• Actively participating in Change Risk Assessments, including operating model, process reviews and due diligence

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of the Control Frameworks preferred, including Risk Event Policy, Issues Management and Control Library and Risk
• Practical experience of Risk and Control governance activities including scheduled Annual and Quarterly risk assessment
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Excellent analytical/decision making and investigatory skills
