Job Description

Gloucestershire Housing Partnership Team are looking for a dynamic individual to support the delivery of the Ending Rough Sleeping Plan. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship and communication skills and be able to work across several workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• You will work with partners, including 6 District Councils, Health and the County Council as well as a small Partnership team and be passionate about delivering on the challenge of ending rough sleeping in the County over the coming years.
• You will be able to work from home or on site, flexibly.
