Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for handling live bookings/enquiries regarding Link 2, Access Bus, Health Service Journeys and DRT schemes, entering the information onto scheduling software package.
Responsibilities:
- You will also carry out other administrative functions within the role, in a general business support environment.
- Candidates should have NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of qualification in a relevant subject area and/or have evidence of significant experience in a customer services environment.

- While these posts are full time 37 hours per week, we will also consider requests for part time hours or job share requests (18.5)
