Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll analyse the delivery of Connections projects against quotes to ensure all costs are allocated prior to financial closure and investigate any anomalies or under/over spends.
• Reviewing financials; you’ll also ensure all project details are recorded correctly as it is imperative that Regulatory Reporting is accurate and up to date.
• We are looking for individuals who can deliver optimum performance in all set targets and deliver exceptional financial control of Connections projects with proactive communication and a “here to help you mentality”.
• We strive to provide a high level of service across our business, and in your role, you’ll promote a culture of excellent customer service to internal parties whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role as a skilled problem solver; you’ll come across a range of projects, so you must be able to identify any issues and work to solve them quickly, effectively and accurately.
• You’ll have outstanding organisation and planning skills with the ability to work to deadlines whilst dealing with changing priorities and managing your own time effectively.
• Experience using our internal systems PROMIS and harmony is highly beneficial however not essential.
