Job Description

Home Bargains is one of the UK’s fastest growing and most exciting retailers with the opportunity for an experienced health and safety professional to join us as Logistics Health and Safety Manager at our Distribution Centre in Amesbury, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities:

Process and analyse retail data to determine where improvements can be made
Generate ideas and present recommendations, using findings and research data
Visit stores to test solutions and gather feedback and results from trials
Support on retail business projects
Produce communication to retail teams in the form of updates, procedures, emails etc
Support the Central Operations Team with administrative duties as required
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and practices
Support on providing clear retail communications with a “simpler for stores” approach

Requirements:

A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, reports and presentations
Good numerical skills and able to present data visually
Computer literate; basic – intermediate level using Microsoft Excel (ability to use pivot tables/VLookup formulas
