Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Managers for our agencies in Liège. Are you motivated and want to focus on increasing sales? Do you orient your team towards optimal store appearance and increase customer and service orientation, and can you also ensure optimization of inventory and the logistics process? Then you are the Manager we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the overall course of business within your store;
• Achieve optimal turnover in accordance with the objectives and guidelines set;
• You coach and motivate your team on customer and service orientation;
• You are responsible for the implementation of a good and correct presentation of the store (visual merchandising) in accordance with the guidelines;
• You have the responsibility to train, motivate, inspire and inform your team so that it can develop as well as possible.
