Position Title: HR Service Analyst

Job Description:
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Service Analyst to join our team. The HR Service Analyst has a central role in project teams, bringing domain knowledge and analysis skills, to aid the successful definition and implementation of business change projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support: Acts as an escalation point for operational teams and third party support analysts. Provides guidance for unresolved incidents.
- Business Enhancements: Works closely with operational teams, leading on functional enhancements and working collaboratively with third party development teams.
- Validates solution designs; reviews functional specifications: and performs system testing.
- Strategic Initiatives: takes the Service Analyst role on projects. Identifies and gathers requirements and identifies areas for process improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in consultancy disciplines including business process analysis, requirements definition and vendor evaluations
- Good understanding and experience of business analysis skills, techniques, and practices
- Good understanding and experience of HR/Payroll business processing.
- Client facing expertise with solid functional or technical ERP systems experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems and processes in a similar organisation
- You will ideally have experience working with outsourced delivery partners and other 3rd party suppliers of solutions.
- Awareness of business strategy formation, business capability assessment and value management
