Responsibilities:

• Support the Group IT PMO Manager with the application of change governance
• Support and maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
• Provide administrative support for portfolio meetings including the Group IT Portfolio Steering Committee (SGT), Group IT Project Steering Committees where required, IT Change Assessment Forum, and Project Delivery Meetings:

Requirements:

• Experience in Project Management/Coordination or PMO
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to manage workload effectively
