Responsibilities:

• Ensure all maintenance activities are entered into the CMMS system, ensuring that job records are completed timely, with all the required detail, and updating information as required such as spares holding
• Provide support to Maintenance Co-Ordinator and the Maintenance leading hands in delivering an effective maintenance function.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance as per the CMMS schedule, mainly consisting of safety critical instrumentation testing
• Contribute towards equipment reliability and optimisation through local failure mode effects analysis and RCA program’s
• Respond to plant breakdowns as required to diagnose and resolve faults of an electrical or instrumentation nature

Requirements:

• Have a high level of general health and safety awareness appropriate to an industrial environment.
• Should be familiar with formal permit to work systems including lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Have experience working on process plants ideally in the Chemical or oil and gas industry. (Desirable)
• Hold 18th Edition qualification. (Desirable)
