This ground-breaking work is protecting our national security whilst enabling users to work in far better ways than any previous solutions have allowed in this space.Joining the Security Group of the Rosa Service Organisation as Insider Threat Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting our people, information and technology. You will play a key role in providing tactical guidance and expert protective threat analyst advice by maintaining and regularly updating the insider threat program for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement security measures in a way that is proportionate to the risk.
• Minimise the likelihood of existing employees becoming a security concern.
• Reduce the risk of insider activity by protecting the organisation’s assets and, where necessary carry out investigations and/or provide evidence of malicious activity.
• Provide frequent situational awareness updates to the Security Group and wider Rosa community for all ongoing areas of concern or interest derived from threat intelligence feeds both internal and external.
• Update, own, advise on mitigation and effectively communicate areas of threat arising from social engineering and / or malicious targeted attack campaigns.
• Work closely with the CPNI.

Requirements:

• Analytical problem-solving skills
• A keen ability to identify trends and patterns in data
• Organisational and cross-functional communications skills to disseminate and present findings to key stakeholders
• Familiarity with risk scoring and threat analysis tools
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) security controls
