Position Title: Incident and Problem Analyst

Job Description:

Supporting ICAI’s Commissioners in commissioning the programme of reviews, leading on the coordination of the review programme and supporting contract management.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of all high priority Incidents
• Assisting in the coordination of root cause analysis investigations
• Collating and Delivering Management Information on the progress of Incident and Problem Management towards departmental KPIs
• Assist with the design and delivery of Incident & Problem Management processes, policies, and procedures.
• Authoring of MI reports and proactive trend analysis reports

Requirements:

• Contributing to ICAI’s strategic direction, particularly around the development of ICAI’s programme of reviews.
• Supporting ICAI’s Commissioners in commissioning the programme of reviews, leading on the coordination of the review programme and supporting contract management.
• Leading on the quality assurance of ICAI reviews, particularly during methodology design, analysis of

• Supporting corporate governance, finance and risk management, as a member of the Secretariat management team.
• Commissioning and quality assuring reviews undertaken by ICAI’s contractor from design through to publication.
• Seeking continuous improvement in the quality and impact of ICAI’s reviews;
