Responsibilities:

• Keep self-abreast with latest developments in IAM and bring industry aligned solutions to customers.
• Work with cyber security practice and broader organisation in establishing strong foundation for IAM services.
• Demonstrate high level of ownership for pre-sales and solutioning for opportunities, establish partnerships, and strengthen the practice and revenues.
• Enhance the ability to bootstrap and win customer’s mind with objective inputs and solutions.
• Work with different stakeholders and cross functional teams for developing broad IT and business focused solutions for identity and access management.

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Authentication across leading platforms (SailPoint, Cyber Ark, Ping, OKTA etc.).
• Strong hands-on experience in identity provisioning, access management, privileged identity management and entitlement management with design and solution.
• Ability to grasp concepts, directions, and impacts of new approaches to the traditional and attribute-based methods.
• Aptitude for identifying the key gaps in customers’ IAM strategies and product portfolio to recommend solutions and produce innovative, thought-leading, impactful, analytically deep, and fact-based research.
• Ability to understand vendor strategies and the long-term business impact from a financial perspective, end-user buying behavior, and key market trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and issues to the different internal or external stakeholders
• Strong project planning and management skills with exceptional influencing and leadership skills.
