Job Description

Leading a clear organisational development strategy, that drives improved people centred policy and practices that enable our workforce to be fully engaged and perform at their best. Developing a highly effective collaborative culture with partner organisations to ensure our NHS can be their best. This includes clinical and non-clinical people working in primary and community care (such as general practice, dentistry, optometry and community pharmacy), secondary and tertiary care.

Responsibilities:

• Support the work of the ICP with a particular focus on encouraging cross sector collaboration, system learning, positive behaviours and relationships.
• Ensures that complex projects across multiple stakeholders are delivered – working with others to problem-solve where necessary
• Manage and co-ordinate contractor support and resources offered by external partner organisations to system development in the ICS
• Support and co-ordinate system leadership development programmes
• Responsible, as part of the wider ICS Leadership team, for contributing to the ongoing development and strategic direction of the ICS in improving outcomes for the population that we serve.
• Active contribution towards the continued development of the ICS, coordinating key areas as directed by and agreed with the ICS Director of People and Workforce and Director of the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP).
• Lead the development and delivery of system development strategies, policies and processes which deliver organisational vision and goals, including individual, team and service performance improvement, staff engagement and involvement; and proactive cultural development.
